(More customer reviews)The product is ok giventhe limitation described below but the seller was fantastic (Terri's).In fact because of a flaw in the product Terri actually sent me a replacement of the first unit which was damaged because I used it to charge an older battery.When the charger failed I contacted Terri and was told that according to RYOBI that is a known problem with this charger.Apparently if you charge an older battery the charger can and does fail.Not the best review of the charger. Terri sent me a replacement at no cost to me.It isunclear how to know when your battery is too old to attempt a charge and render your charger useless so you are always at risk.Ryobi 1411140 9.6 Volt Charger
