Called Ryobi - They gave me an authorized service center near me.I took it in the next business day.The service center says replacement parts are on back order, and I've been without my trimmer for over 6 weeks.

I am not be able to return this trimmer to Amazon (their policy), and Ryobi will not help.I've given up and purchased a different trimmer from Walmart.
