The versatility of being able to move to the job site is awesome and it performs flawlessly. By the way, I got mine at Home Depot new for the same price listed for a reconditioned one on Amazon. I would have bought on Amazon if it had been available new. This saw is as well made and features that are on much more expensive saws. I have been doing woodworking for 40 years and recently bought this because I wanted the option of taking it to wherever I am doing jobs and have not been disappointed. It is very stable, and works well whether ripping or crosscutting. Comparable to saws costing $$$ more.
